Healthy body promotes healthy mind

In this hectic schedule of day to day life it is very important to give some time to your body by doing some exercise or yoga to stay fit and healthy. The main problem is that you don’t find time to look after yourself, you are always busy in completing work and in this race of world you yourself forget about your health and till the time you come to know about its bit late. And when your mind is in anguished state then your body also don’t cope up with you. As if you see a child you will find him/her enjoying every moment of life because they enjoy the present moment irrespective of any work or stress. As it is well said by Mahatma Gandhi, It is health that is real wealth and not the pieces of gold and silver”.

Healthy body and healthy mind relation

A healthy body has a healthy mind. Doing exercise 3-4times in a week will keep your body fit and you will do your work actively. You can do meditation or can take small naps to relax your mind. Relaxation of mind is also very important as with the healthy mind you can do your work more effectively and creatively.
Having a healthy mind helps you to enjoy every moment of life and you may find happiness in small things whereas having an exhaust mind makes everything feel bad, even in the healthy environment you may feel dreadful.Mind has direct effect on your face expression, another person can tell your mood just by seeing your face. Healthy mind will give you a positive expression on your face whereas depressed mind will give you an awful look, so be happy that people also like to talk with you.

Set your daily routine

Maintain a proper daily routine that includes sleep of 7-8 hours, balance diet, work on time, study and some other activities to relax your mind. Not following daily routine will make you idle and can lead your work undone.

Always think in a positive manner

Positive thoughts in the mind are very beneficial as it will help you to keep motivated towards your work. Even in the difficult situations don’t let yourself feel down and always try to think in a positive manner this will make you feel energetic. This greatly helps in reducing the harmful effects of stress and depression. Taking stress will decrease your thinking ability and to concentrate on work. Never take stress of bad things that happened in the past as you cannot change it, thinking about it will only make you feel bad and demotivated.

Healthy food

Food on time is significantly useful for healthy body. Take proper meals on time, do not skip any meal, especially the breakfast. Avoid alcohol, smoking, fried and junk food always eat fresh food that includes fruits and green vegetables to meet proper body requirement and to stay healthy.

Positive thinking can help you in fighting with disease

If you are suffering from any disease just stay calm and think positive, it will help you to overcome from disease and makes you feel good. If you make up your mind that you can fight from a disease than it will help as you will feel delightful and happy otherwise negative thinking will make you more stressed and instead of improvement your health will get poorer.Avoid bad thoughts, you can talk with your friends and family or you can do something of your interest that makes you feel better. Negative thoughts will only make you more prone to disease.

Everybody knows that it is very important to take care of ourselves to stay fit and healthy. But in this fast life, we have to complete lots of work in a limited period of time and we fail to give time to our health. To maintain a healthy lifestyle, we should take care of our physical as well as mental health
