5 ways to stay positive in difficult situation

Everyone has days in their life when they feel empty and their life seems dark and gloomy,  these are the times when one needs to maintain their calm and stay positive,
 so here in this article we'll talk about 5 beneficial tips which will help you to stay positive during tough times , life throws on you

1) ALWAYS ASK YOURSELF, IS THIS THING EVEN GOING TO MATTER 5 YEARS FROM NOW- 
Usually we worry about stupid silly topics, and when after sometime we look back at them we laugh on how small that issue was. So whenever you feel low in your life, always ask yourself this question that whether this thing is going to affect you 5 years from now and 95% of times the answer will be no.

2) FOCUS ON THE POSITIVES-
When something goes wrong, people usually think about all the bad effects and all the negatives it will cause in our life
but this is the time to be a little optimistic and look beyond the negatives ,
we need to focus on the small positive and the small light which the situation gives you.

3) EXERCISE -
Exercise has plenty of wonderful benefits on our body, it's not just for physical health, but also helps us to gain strength emotionally. 
Moreover it also helps us to fight back depression ,stress and anxiety. So exercising in the routinely bases will help us a lot to fight the negatives of our life.


4) LAUGH OUT YOUR HEARTS ACHE -
One of the most effective ways to stay positive during the hard times is laughing .Laughing decreases the stress hormones and triggers the release of endorphins, the body's natural feel-good chemicals.

5) IMAGINE THE WORST CASE SCENARIOS -
This will help you to cope up with the fact that the situation is not as bad as you assume it to be and eventually this fact will take away the fear and sadness from within you

Because sometimes all you need to do is remind yourself that eventually you are going to be okay and you will feel better .
