6 Tips for healthy life

                                                      For a healthy body it is very important to maintain a balance diet that can provide energy to your body so that all work can be done efficiently. Eating healthy food will make you physically as well as mentally fit.

1.      Eat on time: it is very significant way to stay healthy by eating on time. Do not skip any meal especially breakfast. Eat on time and properly and try to eat dinner 2hours before going to sleep and avoid heavy meal just before sleep. An empty stomach can also cause head pain.
                                                         

2.      Healthy food:  It is better to make your children habitual of eating healthy food from an early age so that in the coming life they like to eat healthy food. As children are in their growing period it will be very beneficial to give them proper food and it will make them to stay active during any activity as it is their learning period as well. Give them diary product, fruits, vegetables, cereals, grains, rice and other protein. And if they ask for junk food make them understand that it is not good for their health because once they are addicted to it, then they will always ask for junk food. 
                                                          

It is equally important for adults also, to eat proper food. As doing work all day is quite a tough job and a lot of energy is required. You should eat fresh food and veggies into your meal, protein like fish and eggs, diary product and the fats and oils should be used in a limited quantity. Try to drink more water in a day as much as possible. Following a proper diet routine will help you to stay focused at your work otherwise you will get easily tired and it can also cause severe head pain.

3.      Way of eating: The way how you eat also affects your health. While eating sit in a good posture and try to avoid the use of mobile phones, TV, and other gadgets. Don’t eat by laying down on your bed. Drink water before you start eating and can drink in the middle of your meal but avoid drinking water after meal as water will dilute the digestive juices. After meal take a walk of 10-15 minutes as it will help to digest the food especially in the night.

4.      Helps in fighting with disease: Having a strong immune system will help you to prevent from diseases such as stomach pain and diarrhoea. If you are not well your all work will be left undone and you will also not feet good. So, there will be overall lose if you follow a healthy routine.

5.      Little exercise in a day: Some exercises such as cardio exercise, aerobics and yoga can be done for healthy body. Exercise helps our body to stay physically fit and improves your muscular and cardio respiratory fitness. For mental fitness meditation can be done. 

6.      Proper sleep: After passing all day engaged in work, body also gets tired and needs proper rest. A good sleep of 7-8 hours is good for healthy body or can also vary from person to person.  After a proper sleep you will feel more fresh, calm and will be more creative and productive at your work.
