Eating habits have a major impact on the health of a person , we may not realise it now , but in the later stages of life , everything we have consumed or our eating habits are going to reflect upon our health.
It is very important to take care of a child's eating habits as there whole future is ahead of them .

So here in this article we are going to talk about some tips about healthy eating for children who usually avoid eating healthy -



1)SNACKS CAN NOT BE AVOIDED , BUT CAN BE MADE HEALTHY



Instead of consuming junk from the market , try to include homemade healthy snacks in your diet . Almost everything available in the market can be prepared at home with better nutritional values and quality . Vegetable and fresh food material is always better than junk, snacks and packed food material. 




2)KNOW WHEN TO STOP


Peer pressure has a major role when it comes to a child's life, so it is very important that a person must know when to stop eating when they are full , and not just come in the talks of the people they stay with .



3)NEVER SKIP YOUR BREAKFAST


It is scientifically proved that breakfast is of much impact when it comes to healthy eating . A healthy and proper breakfast in the morning provides you with energy for the rest of your day and keeps you more active and lively. So start your day with a healthy breakfast .




4)DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS



Fluids especially water must be consumed in a large quantity to regulate the body temperature and avoid dehydration . Our body loses fluids through a number of processes such as digestion, sweating, breathing etc. , so it is very important to take the proper amount of fluids to re hydrate our body.


5)SIT AT THE TABLE TO EAT WITHOUT ANY DISTRACTION , AND EAT SLOWLY

It has become very common nowadays for children to eat their meals with gadgets in their hands or television in front of their eyes, this not only distracts our mind from healthy eating, but also makes us to forget table manners. So always sit on the table while eating , away from the distractions , and always chew your food properly .

6.INCREASE THE INTAKE OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES IN YOUR DIET


Fruits and vegetables have a lot of benefits . They also result in a glowing skin , and a healthy fit and sound body and mind.

Our eating habits directly reflect our health.
People who have a proper and healthy diet, and add up proper fruits and vegetables in their daily meals, decrease the chances of suffering from chronic diseases to a large extent.
Whereas on the other hand always consuming junk food , and not taking care of your diet at all, not only makes you a home for a lot of diseases but can also prove to be deadly for your life.
So it is very important to introduce these few easy measures in your lifestyle to improve your eating habits and be safe from a lot of problems
