Nowadays, parents are
too busy in their work and don’t get time to pay attention to their children. If
you want to understand your children , you need to make time for them.
12) Also you can learn many
things from your child. Don’t ever be a forceful teacher. There is one phrase in english, “Spare the rod and spoil the child.” It means
punishment is essential for your child’s improvement.
·
Childhood
is a time of rapid growth and development and studying these changes is
endlessly stimulating.
·
Child
psychology is also called as child development. Child development is all about
the biological, mental and emotional changes that take place in an infant until
the end of adolescence.
·
Understanding
your child is the most important things
that you should learn as a parent.
A persons childhood is sometimes most complicated and it can then affect
his whole life.
·
Children
are born humans and as parents it is our responsibility to teach them how to be
good human beings.
·
On
the whole, child psychology is the study of influences of environmental and
biological factors on child and his
behaviour of mind in accordance.
·
Lack
of awareness about child development can often lead to poor judgement of
children, which in turn leads to poor parenting situations.
1)
You
can understand your chil’s behaviour is by observing them as they sleep, eat or play.
It is mothers primary duty to nurture her children. Observing your child
is one of the simplest yet the most effective way to know your child.
2)
Hence,
it is important for parents to know the different aspects of child psychology
and development so they can contribute meaningfully towards their child’s emotional
and mental growth.
3)
Parenting is not only providing your child comforts but
providing them the sense of security.
4)
Never compare your child with others this makes the child
feel inferior.
5)
Your child is unique and
has a personality that stands out
as he grows.
7)
You need to dedicate your time to talk and play with them
that allows you to understand their
psychology. Communication is much more important.
8)
Quality time does’nt mean talking or doing
something together. At time beings you can just sit with your kids and observe
them to gather some insights about their personality.
9)
Child’s behaviour is nothing but a set of
information in their brain and its outcome. Also keep in mind your child is
always watching you. He always tries to imitate you.
10) So
be careful before you act infront of your children also many parents complaint
about their children that they watch too much tv or always play games on
phones. If your child is addicted to these, just think how many hours do you
spend watching tv or on social media. Child doesnot know what is good or bad,
they just do it because you are doing it.
11) Before teaching anything to
your child, you must practice it first. For eg. If you teach them to be polite
them make sure you practice politeness first.
13) Also don’t count their
mistakes but inspire them to be good.
14) Every parent wants their
child to be academically successful. But every child is not academically
successful. So you need to check their interests. Some children must be good in
sports, some might be good in singing or dancing.
15) So try to nurture their
capabilities and inspire them to do more.
Also keep an eye on your child’s company. You should check environment
in their school, friends and also their families.
16) Always appreciate your children for their
good deeds. It boosts up their self confidence.
