GOOD SLEEP FOR GOOD HEALTH

HEALTHY SLEEP IS NECESSARY FOR HEALTHY BRAIN AND BODY.
ACCORDING TO VARIOUS RESEARCH ABOUT 24% INDIANS ARE SUFFERED FROM INSOMNIA, AND ABOUT 66% INDIANS ARE NOT GETTING PROPER SLEEP. POSSIBLE REASON ARE USE OF GADGETS , WORK-LOAD AND STRESS. LACK OF SLEEP CAUSES VARIOUS IMBALANCE OF BODY FUNCTION, INDISPOSITION AND MENTAL DYSFUNCTION. WHILE A GOOD SLEEP RESTORE VITAL BODY ORGAN AND THEIR MECHANISM .
It is a worldwide problem of insomnia ; lack of proper good sleep.

I am explaining adverse effect of not getting proper and good sleep. Most of people who are not sleeping good may feel following symptoms:
- Impairment of decision making / judgement capacity, find difficulties in thinking well
- Alter appetite regulation 
-Affects wet control mechanism, causes obesity.
- Decrease immunity and resistance against seasonal diseases
- Disturbs sugar balance mechanism, cause sudden rise or lowering blood sugar level and risk to heart diseases, high blood pressure.

- Causes  irritability, anger and other mood disorder,lessen your coping ability from stress.
There are many adverse effect from which i write few, but it is sure lack of good sleeping hour definitely will affect your health in near future.  So make a habit to take good sleep.

It is matter of variation to decide a fixed time period for a good sleep, on average an adult should revive 6-8 hours of sleep in night or in a whole day. Quality of sleep is more important than longevity of sleeping time, it is not about just lying on bed. if you are feeling refresh and energetic after waking from sleep then it is a positive sign of good sleep.
It is depend upon your daily routine what sleeping schedule should be, but it is advise that sleeping time and awakening time should be fix; you shouldn't be delay on holiday.

You should avoid napping in the late afternoon or evening, this habit  keeps you awake at night. It is good if you develop a bedtime routine
