Some tips that are important to know:
·
First and most important is to maintain a healthy lifestyle as half of the disease flew away just by maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
·         But now days people are not much aware of disease they have start adopting a very busy life schedule in which they didn’t get time to look after themselves. And nobody likes to follow a diet chart.
  • ·         Avoid overeating, don’t eat more than your stomach can take and eat healthy.
  • ·         Do some exercise daily and go for regular check-ups.
  • ·         Many people think eating a lot of sugar is the real cause of diabetes, but it is small particles.
  • ·         Diabetes is caused when there are major changes in lifestyle, taking excess tension and by hormonal changes.
  • ·         There are 70% chances that your children can also be suffered from this disease the best way to avoid is by maintaining a healthy lifestyle from early age of life.
  • ·          Symptoms of diabetes are rashes on the body, feeling thirstier, overeating, fatigue, headaches and pain in hands and feet.
·         This disease is so bad that no one should suffer from it as it doesn’t end it goes with you and daily schedule is so much affected that you are not able to do your work efficiently every time while eating you have to be conscious about it, that it doesn’t affect your health. There is a lot of problem in attending marriages, parties and to go out with family. Suffering from this disease means you have to sacrifice your favourite food and desert and has to take medicines regularly to control it and if you don’t take then conditions can be worse.

·         It is very important for a diabetic patient to manage stress because taking stress can raise level of sugar. And after taking stress you may forget to take your medicines on the right time or to eat the right food.
